Con Amore aim to provide you with your handmade chosen product as quickly as possible.  

In the unlikely event that an issues arises, we aim to resolve them as promptly and efficiently as possible. Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us.


All products are hand made to order, we therefore have a 3-5 working day turnaround.  On occasions, items may be readily available and therefore you may receive your order much quicker.


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any product you have received, we will be happy to refund the cost of that item providing it is returned in perfect condition.  We will not refund the return postage unless the item received was damaged or faulty.


All items shipped are wrapped and protected well.  However occasionally items can become damaged or lost in transit, this is unfortunately out of our hands.

In the event of any item arriving damaged, we will require photographs of the damaged item.  We will send a new replacement as soon as possible.  If the item is out of stock a full refund will be issued.

If your item has not arrived after 12 working days from the shipped date, we will assist you in locating your item.  If the item can not be found a replacement will be issued.
